Would buy again

Cannot recommend Stovefitters Warehouse enough. Recommend to me by a family member and I couldn't be happier. Arrived in great time with no issues. The guys clearly put a lot of pride in their work and have created a great site to help everyone.

CO alarm and Moisture Meter missing from delivery..but SFW sorted out quickly.

When we unpacked our Hamlet stove, we found that these items were missing. But we got back in touch with Stove Fitters, and again they responded very fast. Apparently they had expected the they would have come to us with the stove, direct from the manufacturer. Anyway, they were quickly sent out to us. Despite this, we would definitely use Stove Fitter’s Warehouse again. (Order ref 15006). Thanks to Eric & Jacquelin

New to using stove

Had the Hamlet Solution 5 Compact Multifuel Wood Burning Stove 5kW S4 installed in my dining room. The installation was very straight forward and the end result was fantastic. The stove looks great and is very easy to light, as long as you follow the basic lighting rules. The stove creates a a great focal point in the room.
Ordering from the internet was easy and the price was very competitive, excellent value for money. We had some technical queries that both the manufacturer and supplier were quick to answer. If I were to be overly critical, then I would say that not including paper instruction is questionable. However the manufacturer did explain that they are available on-line and that when paper instructions were included, people tended to use them to light the first fire rather than keep them, which I can well believe. The instructions were easy to navigate to on the manufacturers website, which is very user friendly.
