Vitreous pipe: 5" heavy-grade vitreous flue pipe: various lengths available

Materials always in stock (4 UK-wide depots).

Connects to top of the stove.

To strengthen flue pipe connections use short metal to metal self tappers, available in our Useful Items collection.

Straight lengths can be cut (cut top only*) using a small grinder and metal cutting disc (disc available on this site).

*As with all vitreous pipe the bottom end narrows to a lesser diameter to enable insertion into other pieces of pipe (male is always on top). Key reason is that any condensation that trickles down inside pipe cannot escape.

Top tip: No fire cement or glue of any kind is used when connecting vitreous pipe to vitreous pipe - it is just push-fit. When to use fire cement on flue joints? Use the SEARCH function and type "sealing flue joints".

Apple Pie

We have now got our Apple Pie stove (d8113) burning well giving our home a great ambience, though not excessively warm it gives a nice edge.
The fire comes with a griddle plate which i am sure one day i will find useful, but not sure the fire capacity is going to allow for any great culinary delights
