My First contact with Julian was through his design service, although I only purchased the "Slow version" as time was not an issue it still came back much faster than the time limit.
I accepted his offer and the items arrived fast by a very helpful delivery service, very well secured on the pallet and all was well. Some items were different to the original specifications, although Julian had explained this in advance, on fitting, I did need some alternative Items, they were sent out the next day at no extra cost!!! All this despite Julian having a personal family problem, big thumbs up on that level of service.
I fitted the stove according to the design specifications & happy to say I now sit here in a very warm conservatory, complete will Build Controll Controll completion certificate, writing this review.
Overall a good level of service, backup when you need it & goods well worth the money!!!

I'd always wanted to fit a stove to my conservatory to make it useful all year round. But the cost of having one fitted put me off. I thought about doing it myself, however was nervous especially about cutting a hole in my roof and getting it right. Following a few calls to stovefitters they were patient and brilliant witl lots of advice and design guidance specific to my house and layout. The goods arrived very quickly and are well made. My son and I fitted the stove and chimney and all is well with a lovely stove supplied by stovefitters and fitted by yours truly.
