Easy to order & customer service

We ordered our stove for a certain day for it to be fitted. Communication was good when it was delayed. Arranged for a suitable time and day via messaging. The response was quick when I had a query .
Stove came well wrapped and securely fixed to the pallet.

Stylish, hot and looking good

We highly recommend this company.
We recently purchased a house with a very sad burner which also did the central heating, it was very old, we didn't dare use it and after we had central heating fitted we went on a search for a new multifuel burner...
After comparing many sites, comparing prices, delivery charges etc... and reviews, we opted for Stovefitters Warehouse to purchase our Hamlet solution 5multifuel widescreen wood burning stove 5kw. (Ref 20224).
We are so glad we did, delivery was very quick and delivered by a very friendly guy.
The stove was well packaged, and in perfect condition, it also included a much appreciated free glove (very handy).
We soon had it installed by our local hetas registered installer (in fact it was he who recommend this stove, and was impressed at the price we paid).
Once he had us up and running we did a few slow burns and we are more than happy.
